Northern Ireland Relocation

Northern Ireland offers an interesting and vibrant mix of picturesque, green, Irish landscapes in areas such as Glenariff and Ballycastle and the busy, cosmopolitan capital city of Belfast. The capital city has attracted investors since the 1990’s ceasefire and the signing of the Good Friday Agreement, stimulating significant redevelopments in the city centre. The Victoria Square shopping centre and the expansion of the Cathedral Quarter are just two areas in Belfast which represent the economic growth the city has experienced in recent years.

Although Northern Ireland is separated from the rest of the United Kingdom by the Irish Sea, the country, home to 1,810,900 people, continues to follow the same governmental policies. Tourism plays a key role for the Northern Irish economy, with great numbers of internationals drawn to the beautiful, unique scenery.

In recent times, national corporations in the high tech industry have located in the country to promote foreign direct investment, whilst existing companies such as Harland and Wolff in the manufacturing industry have continued to contribute significantly to the Northern Irish economy.

There are many transport links overseas to mainland UK, with the main connections via sea to Liverpool Docklands, but with also an efficient flight time, of just over an hour, to London.
